    About

Most service businesses do not have a marketing problem. They have a connection problem.

Cellara Growth Co exists because a well-run business can still lose revenue every week to a slow callback, a form that goes to an inbox no one checks, or a website that describes the business without giving anyone a reason to act. We advise on where that gap is, build the infrastructure that closes it, and help operate it afterward: a website, a way to answer inquiries quickly, a system that keeps track of every lead, and a process for keeping the business visible in search and in the reviews people read before they call. In short, we build, connect, and help operate the systems that sit between discovery and revenue.

    The founder

Cellara was founded by Krystal Gonzalez, who holds a Master of Science in Marketing, University of Colorado, with a specialization in high-tech entrepreneurial marketing.

That background sits behind how Cellara approaches every engagement: revenue systems are treated as a business problem first and a technical build second. The site, the intake process, and the follow-up sequence are designed around how a specific business actually gets and loses customers, not a generic template.

Cellara is based in Houston, Texas and Denver, Colorado and works remotely with service businesses nationwide. In-person meetings are available in the Houston and Denver areas on request.

The problem we are built to solve

Demand generation brings people to a business. Whether that spend pays off depends on what happens in the minutes and days after someone shows interest: does the phone get answered, does the form get a response, is the follow-up consistent, and is the business still easy to find the next time someone searches. Those are systems problems, and they are the ones we install and maintain.

We do not manage social media accounts or produce content calendars. Our work is the infrastructure underneath: the website, the intake and follow-up system, the AI-assisted front desk covering calls and chats, reputation processes, the technical search work that keeps the business findable, and the paid campaigns that feed it once that foundation holds.

    Standards we hold ourselves to

    • We do not publish a result we have not verified with the client it belongs to.
    • We do not promise a specific ranking, lead volume, or revenue outcome.
    • We tell clients when a timeline depends on them, not on us, and we say so up front.
    • Clients own the site, the content, and the data their system generates.
    • We recommend the scope a business needs, not the largest package we can sell.

    Who we work with

Cellara works with service businesses that depend on inbound calls, form submissions, and reputation to win customers. That most often includes:

    • Healthcare and Aesthetics
    • Legal Services
    • Home Services
    • Beauty and Wellness
    • Rental Companies
    • Advisory Firms

    How engagements run

Every engagement starts with a strategy call to understand how the business currently gets and loses opportunities, followed by a scoped proposal before any build work begins. From there we move through discovery, design, build, integration, testing, and launch, with the client reviewing and approving work at each stage. The detail of that process is on theHow We Work page.

Talk through what your business needs

A strategy call is the fastest way to find out whether a website, a front desk system, or a full revenue system is the right starting point.

    On Proof

You will not find invented numbers on this site.

Plenty of firms publish percentages with no source attached. We have decided not to. A result belongs on this website when a client has agreed to it and the measurement behind it can be shown.

What we can do is walk you through relevant work on a call, explain exactly how a comparable system was built, and show you what we measure from the first week.

Published case studies will follow the same format every time: starting situation, what was installed, what changed operationally, and what is being measured.

What we measure on every engagement

    • Inquiries received, by channel and by source
    • Time to first response
    • Inquiries that reach a booked appointment
    • Follow-up sequences completed and replied to
    • New reviews requested and published
    • Search impressions, clicks, and the pages producing them

Reporting is set up during implementation, not added later when somebody asks how it is going. Houston, Texas and Denver, Colorado. Working with businesses nationwide.
